Overmolding injection molding is one kind of insert injection molding, but what we mentioned overmold process is the two material to be plastic, so the the process is as below, it has three steps, first step is injection molding the substrate-hard material, then put the substrate into the overmold tooling, then mold the whole parts, the most difficult of overmold process is how to seal the material flowing during the overmold process, with our engineer team, we can solve all of the issues and acheive your requirement very quick.
