For dual-flush mechanisms we verify water volume and seal performance with dedicated test rigs, and for multi-part assemblies we provide BOM-controlled packing so every unit ships complete with the correct fittings and instructions.

A Spanish sanitaryware brand transferred its complete toilet seat program to us, including molds for the seat, cover, dampers and hinges. We assemble and torque-test every unit, shipping 20,000 sets per month with a field return rate below 0.1%. Another client, a Middle East distributor, launched a private-label dual-flush cistern using our CE documentation pack and passed local certification on the first attempt.

Assembled products are individually bubble-wrapped, placed in partition cartons and palletized for sea freight. Every unit passes functional testing before packing, and final inspection follows AQL 2.5. Material certificates, test reports and assembly records are archived for full traceability.
