Bumpers are among the largest visible car parts, and their molds combine big steel with fine surface control. This injection molding service delivers PP TD20 and PP EPDM bumper tooling using gas assist and valve gate technology for flat, strong, class A panels.
We manage clamping, cooling, and gas injection so that large thin sections fill evenly and stay dimensionally stable at high volume.
Key Features- Gas assist technology: uniform filling of large sections with less clamp force
- Class A grain surface: etched texture to the OEM master sample
- Warpage control: cooling and rib design keep the panel flat and dimensionally true
- Heavy duty tooling: reinforced base and frame for big steel plates
- High output valve gate: clean flow and fast cycles on large presses
- Impact performance: PP TD20 and EPDM blends tuned for crash energy
| Parameter | Specification |

Large automotive panels fail on warpage, surface, and cycle time. We combine flow simulation, gas assist, and heavy duty tooling to keep all three under control.
- Mold flow and gas assist simulation to balance filling on a large thin section
- Cooling circuit design for uniform temperature and short cycle time
- Squeeze and packing strategy to control shrink and sink marks
- Grain etching and surface matching to the OEM master sample
- Front and rear passenger car bumpers
- SUV and light truck bumper covers
- EV bumper and fascia panels
- Commercial vehicle front and rear covers
- Bumper integrated grilles and trims
With more than 18 years of focused experience in plastic injection molding, our factory runs an integrated tooling room, a clean injection workshop, and a controlled assembly line under one roof. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and export precision molds and molded components to over 40 countries across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, supporting OEM and ODM programs from concept to serial delivery.
- 18 years of OEM and ODM experience in plastic injection molding with an integrated tooling room and clean injection workshop
- Injection machines from 60T to 1600T, all fitted with controlled robotic handling systems
- Advanced equipment and skilled engineers covering CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, mold flow analysis, and DFM reporting
- In-house prototyping, tooling, injection, painting, printing, and assembly services delivered under one roof
- Experienced quality team performing dimensional inspection with CMM and 3D scanning before every shipment
| Stage | Lead Time |
|---|---|
| Mold design and DFM report | 3-5 working days after drawing review |
| Tooling manufacture and T1 sample | 25-35 working days for new molds |
| Sample iteration and approval | 2-3 trial rounds within 5-7 working days |
| Mass production, existing mold | 3-7 days for samples; 1-2 weeks for bulk |
| Mass production, new mold | 1-4 weeks after golden sample approval |
| Shipping | Express 3-5 days; air 7-10 days; sea 20-35 days |
Reference lead times are listed above. Large tooling is scheduled individually; share your drawing and volume and we will confirm dates in the DFM quotation.
Industry Cases- An automotive Tier-1 used our gas assist bumper mold to cut clamp force and run on a smaller press.
- An EV brand verified a class A bumper fascia with grain matched to the OEM master and stable flatness at volume.
- A commercial vehicle maker runs a single cavity bumper cover mold at 500,000 shot mold life with automated handling.
Molds ship in a treated wooden case with anti-rust film, slings, and a full mold report. Molded bumpers are protected with foam and film, then shipped in steel racks or reinforced crates to avoid deformation and surface damage.
FAQQ1. Can you make a prototype for us?
Yes. We produce prototypes by CNC machining and hand polishing so that fit, finish, and function can be validated before tooling is cut.
Q2. How can I place an order?
Send your 2D and 3D drawings (a .step file is preferred) together with annual volume, material, and surface requirements. Our engineers reply with a DFM report and quotation within one working day.
Q3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation you can request samples. For a new mold we provide T1 samples for evaluation; the buyer covers the express freight.
Q4. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. Our design team has rich experience in plastic products and molds. Share your idea or a reference part and we will refine it into a manufacturable design.
Q5. How long can I expect to get the sample and mass production?
For an existing mold, samples take 3-7 days and mass production 1-2 weeks. For a new mold, allow 25-35 days for mold building plus 1-4 weeks for mass production.
Q6. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP. Choose the option that best fits your cost and logistics plan.
