Precision gears and technical parts leave no room for error, because a few hundredths of a millimeter decide how a mechanism runs. This injection molding service produces POM and engineering grade components to tolerances as tight as +/- 0.02 mm.
We pair hardened precision mold bases with scientific process control to keep dimensions stable across millions of parts and many production lots.
Key Features- Tight tolerance: dimension control to +/- 0.02 mm on critical features
- Low friction POM: low wear, low moisture uptake, stable performance
- Gear quality: tooth profile and runout held for smooth meshing
- Precision mold base: hardened steel with accurate guide and ejector systems
- Process control: scientific molding keeps dimensions repeatable lot to lot
- Inspection reporting: dimensional records and capability data available

Precision programs need tooling, material, and process working together. We control all three so that your mechanism assembly fits and runs the first time.
- Gear and mechanism design review for draft, mesh, and strength
- Precision gating and cooling to minimize distortion on tight features
- Material selection guidance for wear, friction, and temperature
- Statistical process control and capability studies on request
- Gear trains and drive components
- Precision automotive and appliance parts
- Connectors and technical inserts
- Medical and laboratory mechanisms
- Consumer device internal components
With more than 18 years of focused experience in plastic injection molding, our factory runs an integrated tooling room, a clean injection workshop, and a controlled assembly line under one roof. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and export precision molds and molded components to over 40 countries across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, supporting OEM and ODM programs from concept to serial delivery.
- 18 years of OEM and ODM experience in plastic injection molding with an integrated tooling room and clean injection workshop
- Injection machines from 60T to 1600T, all fitted with controlled robotic handling systems
- Advanced equipment and skilled engineers covering CNC machining, EDM, wire cutting, mold flow analysis, and DFM reporting
- In-house prototyping, tooling, injection, painting, printing, and assembly services delivered under one roof
- Experienced quality team performing dimensional inspection with CMM and 3D scanning before every shipment
| Stage | Lead Time |
|---|---|
| Mold design and DFM report | 3-5 working days after drawing review |
| Tooling manufacture and T1 sample | 25-35 working days for new molds |
| Sample iteration and approval | 2-3 trial rounds within 5-7 working days |
| Mass production, existing mold | 3-7 days for samples; 1-2 weeks for bulk |
| Mass production, new mold | 1-4 weeks after golden sample approval |
| Shipping | Express 3-5 days; air 7-10 days; sea 20-35 days |
Typical lead times appear above. Provide your drawing and tolerance requirements and we will confirm tooling and sampling dates in the DFM quotation.
Industry Cases- A mechanism maker held a gear runout tolerance that eliminated noise complaints after switching to our precision tooling.
- An appliance brand runs a 16-cavity POM gear mold with capability data above 1.33 on critical dimensions.
- A medical device OEM validated a POM mechanism part at +/- 0.02 mm for a reliable assembly fit.
Molds ship in a treated wooden case with anti-rust film, a mold report, and inspection data. Molded parts are packed in PE bags inside cartons, and small precision parts can be supplied in tray or reel packaging on request.
FAQQ1. Can you make a prototype for us?
Yes. We produce prototypes by CNC machining and hand polishing so that fit, finish, and function can be validated before tooling is cut.
Q2. How can I place an order?
Send your 2D and 3D drawings (a .step file is preferred) together with annual volume, material, and surface requirements. Our engineers reply with a DFM report and quotation within one working day.
Q3. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation you can request samples. For a new mold we provide T1 samples for evaluation; the buyer covers the express freight.
Q4. Can you do the design for us?
Yes. Our design team has rich experience in plastic products and molds. Share your idea or a reference part and we will refine it into a manufacturable design.
Q5. How long can I expect to get the sample and mass production?
For an existing mold, samples take 3-7 days and mass production 1-2 weeks. For a new mold, allow 25-35 days for mold building plus 1-4 weeks for mass production.
Q6. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, and DDP. Choose the option that best fits your cost and logistics plan.
