Process Description

Dual Shot Injection Molding involves two shots in the same tooling. The tooling includes two cavities but the same core. The first injection molds the substrate (hard part), then the core rotates 90 degrees to position the substrate in new cavities for the second shot. The second shot material can be soft or hard material.
